We Use DHL Express as our Free International shipping provider, however, this service is known to deliver slower for some countries at times. Please note it may get delayed or stuck in another country. If you need your order faster, please choose another shipping service. We cannot be help responsible for any delays caused by a customs clearance.
Free shipping is NOT able to ship to the following countries due to very slow transit times and/or lost packages: UAE, Germany, Ireland, India, Lebanon, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela.
**International Order Notes: For international free shipping and DHL services, international shipping to some countries can take many weeks (5-10 weeks) or even longer for some countries. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Wavy Dream Hair will update your tracking number via email, all orders come with a verified tracking number and link. Tracking may take a few hours to update. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Wavy Dream Hair does not control the courier trucks, so once it leaves our facility you will need to contact them for any issues.
RETURNS
All hair extensions are FINAL SALE, exchange or store credit only valid within 30 days of receiving the product(s). For the 2019 Holiday Season (November 1 through January 1), returns are eligible for 60 days of receiving the product(s).
All Wavy Dream Hair extensions come sealed with a security void label. Once opened, the hair cannot be exchanged for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges must have the seal intact and not broken, no exceptions can be made. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to open it. You can also purchase a color ring or a sample of the color.
Absolutely no exchanges of opened packages are possible. All sample weft 2 piece packs, color swatches and hair care are FINAL SALE and not eligible for an exchange.
If there is a problem, we will try to solve the issue in accordance with the Terms and Conditions; however, absolutely no exchanges are possible after 60 days of purchase.
